About Medha Compass

Medha Compass was founded on a motivation to step into the world of counselling arose from a desire to fill a critical gap: the absence of compassionate, personalized guidance for young minds grappling with academic and career uncertainty. Swathi has long believed that every individual deserves not only information but also insight, someone to listen with empathy while guiding with intent. Medha Compass is her response. This is a space where students are seen, heard, and supported to make choices that reflect their inner potential, not just external expectations.

What truly sets Medha Compass apart is Swathi’s unique blend of empathy and experience. Each session is deeply personalized and built on trust and dialogue. Swathi combines her strong academic foundation in psychology with real-world insights, helping students explore their values, strengths, and aspirations. Her sessions often move beyond the “what” and delve into the “why”, guiding students towards a life path that aligns with who they truly are.

The Need for Career Counselling

By Swathi Kadur

In today’s fast-changing world, students face more choices and pressure than ever before. Swathi Kadur believes career counselling is not just helpful, but essential in guiding them as it helps in:

1. Guidance Beyond Academics

Career counselling isn’t just about choosing a stream or profession. It’s about understanding who you are. With students often caught between expectations and uncertainty, it untangles the confusing web and offers a way rooted in self-awareness and confidence.

2. Uncovering Strengths & Possibilities

Many don’t even realize what they’re capable of. Structured assessments and open conversations via career counselling can help students discover their strengths and also exciting possibilities they hadn't even considered.
